10 Year Limited Warranty

   Better Sleep Shop products are warranted against defects in material or workmanship, subject to the conditions and exclusions below, to the original owner for a period of ten years from the date of purchase. Owner must retain a copy of the original invoice to verify the date of purchase.
   Products found to be defective in material or workmanship by Better Sleep Shop, in its sole judgment, during the warranty period will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Better Sleep Shop. The charge for repair or replacement will be made in accordance with the following schedule:

• Years one through five: No charge
• Year six: 50% of the current retail price
• Year seven: 60% of the current retail price
• Year eight: 70% of the current retail price
• Year nine: 80% of the current retail price
• Year ten: 90% of the current retail price

Exclusions

   All bedding products have a finite life and eventually have to be replaced. We expect Better Sleep Shop products to give satisfactory service for a long period, but their use is beyond our control. Normal wear, soiling and damage from external causes are not defects. Commercial use is excluded. We strongly recommend use of a good quality washable mattress cover to protect your investment from soiling. Examples of conditions which are not defects include:

• Body impression – all mattress products retain a body impression to some extent
• Soiling or staining of the cover material
• Cuts, rips or tears of the cover material
• Moisture damage of any kind
• Damage by fire, flood, storm or other external cause
• Improper storage
• Commercial use or any use other than residential consumer bedding

Keep your sleep surface clean and dry, use it as intended and you will receive the longest possible useful life and the greatest comfort.

Claims

   Contact Customer Service for resolution if you suspect a defective product. Return shipping to Better Sleep Shop is the customer’s responsibility and requires a Return Authorization from Customer Service. Shipping to the customer on products repaired or replaced will be paid by Better Sleep Shop.
