The TSS-VE offers the ultimate visco-elastic foam, pressure reduction sleep experience at a price comparable to a quality innerspring mattress and far lower than the highly advertised premium priced systems. When it comes to comfort, the TSS-VE is equal to any. It features a full 3-1/2” dual density lamination of the finest and most costly imported visco-elastic foam over a dual density lamination of high resiliency and polyurethane foams. The premium enhanced cover material and design allow the body to immerse to the point of full support and proper alignment while relieving pressure from the shoulders, spine, hips, sacrum and heels. The TSS-VE has all the characteristics of the visco-elastic foam sleep experience. It feels very firm initially, but with body heat and pressure it gradually moulds to the body contour of the sleeper. The TSS-VE multiple density construction rebounds somewhat more quickly when you change position than do other competing products.

Construction: The TSS-VE is constructed from four different visco-elastic, co-polymer and polyurethane foams in four layers. Total depth is 8” in all standard bedding sizes. The top lamination consists of two different foams in two layers – a lighter weight, more resilient visco-elastic foam over a higher density, less resilient visco-elastic foam for the finest feel and pressure reduction. The middle foam lamination is a special high resilience foam. The base layer of resilient polyurethane foam creates stability and support. The cover has a luxurious 17.5 oz. stretch terry top seamed to high quality quilted damask in a tasteful cream color. This premium cover is specially designed to allow the sleeper to immerse into the foam.

Recommendations: The TSS-VE is designed to perform best on an absolutely flat and rigid support platform. They work well in European style platform beds or on our Platform Support which can be used alone or in standard bed frames or furniture. They can be used on conventional foundations which are sufficiently flat and firm. Any sagging, dips or flexing in the foundation support will significantly detract from the sleep experience. We recommend using only a washable, high quality cotton mattress pad to protect the sleep surface. Heavy pads, toppers, overlays and the like are not needed or recommended; they interfere with the ability of the sleep surface to conform to the sleeper.

Extra Depth: When extra height is needed or desired to fill a bed frame or platform or if you just want a taller bed, the TSS is available in a 10 inch depth for a modest additional charge. Performance and comfort is exactly the same.

Shipping: The TSS-Plus is shipped via package service such as FedEx Ground or UPS. A special proprietary compression process allows them to be packaged compactly. Once unpacked, they rebound to full thickness within an hour or so.
