Ordering

We welcome your internet order 24 hours a day through the Online Store on this site. These transactions are encrypted and secure. If you prefer to order by telephone, please call customer service toll free at 1-866-469-7886. Our regular business hours are 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM Mountain time.

Payment

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover credit and debit cards only. All credit card transactions are secure, encrypted and are address verified. We charge your account at the time of purchase. For your protection as well as our own, we will ship only when transactions are address verified.

Manufacture and Shipping

We custom manufacture your sleep surface to order. Standard manufacturing time is three to four business days. We ship most products via FedEx Ground, so your sleep system should arrive about seven business days after order. We may ship parts of your order from different locations. We make every effort to coordinate shipping dates, but your system components may arrive a day or two apart. If we cannot meet our standard schedule for any reason, we will contact you with accurate shipping information and offer you the opption to accept the revised schedule or cancel your order.

Returns

All returns require a Return Authorization from Customer Service. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. By law and for your protection, bedding products must be sold as new and unused . We can accept return products only in their unopened original packaging. We charge a 15% restocking fee on any returns. Products which have been opened cannot be returned unless defective – please see the warranty terms.

Cancellations

We will begin production on your order the next business day following your order. Until the day of shipping, orders may be cancelled for a 10% cancellation fee. You must email or call Customer Service to cancel any order.

Warranty

All our products are guaranteed to be exactly as represented and are conditionally guaranteed against defects in material or workmanship for 10 years from the date of purchase. Please see the warranty page for full details.
